The driver :

To rent, the designated driver on the contract must be older than 21 years. A valid drivers license must also be held, for at least one year. This must be supported by original documents. If a second driver is required. they must be present at the time of departure and submit the original driver's license and an identity card or a passport. Only drivers identified on the rental agreement are authorized to drive the rental vehicle.

Duration :

The lease is granted for the term of the contract unless an extension is granted by the lessor.The company reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle at the expense of the lessee if there is a failure to return the vehicule on the agreed date.

Delivery / recovery :

MLB Car rental Marrakech gives you the choice of where you want to collect or return the vehicle (Marrakech airport, hotels, railway stations .etc..), subject to prior agreement. The use of vehicles on unpaved roads (track) is prohibited. The driver is responsible for the crimes and violations of traffic.

Fuel :

Fuel is charged to the lessee. The car will be delivered with a level of fuel and returned with the same level, any fuel left in the tank will not be refunded.

Payment :

The payment can be made on our site, by wire transfer or credit card. Our rates include unlimited mileage, lubricants and the delivery / collection of the vehicle. Our prices are expressed in Euros.

Insurance :

Vehicles are insured for theft, fire glass breakage, civil liability and person transported with an excess capped at 10% of the value of the vehicle and partially redeemable which remains the responsibility of the driver in the event of this partial liability or entire would be engaged. For any accident, a report is obligatory in order to determine the responsability.
MLB RENT CAR offers you the possibility of carrying out a deductible buy-back allowing you to reduce your deductible to zero.

Jurisdiction :

Expressly agreed in the court whose jurisdiction is located at the company headquarters, the lessor will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute relating to this contract. The lessor may, however, waive the benefit of this jurisdiction clause and bring to any court of competent jurisdiction.

Refund :

The amount of the rental is payable in advance for the entire rental period.
